member already registered but not in the admin list

hi!
I have a new member who registered a few weeks ago. She never received an email for confirmation. Now she can't sign in, I don't see her in my user admin, and her email can't work to register again ("you're already registered in this forum" or so)

Any idea to help me?

Well I would ask her to rejoin...

However she may be in the "inactive users list"

To get to that go to your Admin Panel:

Admin PC
User Admin
Inactive Users
