Administration Login Problem Empty Administration Login Problem

I can log into my Admin Control Panel fine, but every time I click on another tab on the panel, and makes me retype my username and password all over again. I'm getting tired of typing in my username and password every time I try to do something.
Please help.

I am also wondering if there is a way to unlock the Admin Panel. Such as, I can click on the Admin Panel at the bottom of the page, and I don't have to type in a username or password.

Got to Admin CP>General>Security

Then wherever it says login to admin panel or something like that check no.
