highlight the forums

when u put ur mouse over the forums, the forum will highlight with yellow.

Pls? could u give me the complete instructions on how to do that?

Sure, well first, you need to go into the Admin Control Panel, click the "DISPLAY" tab, go on down to "COLORS" There should be a bunch of different colors there, and sections, ...go down to the section labeled "BACKGROUND COLORS", in that section, there should be something that says- "Table Row Color 2 and highlight" That would be the highlight, or the "yellow" in the example you gave. Make sure however, that the "Table Row Color 2 and highlight" is different from the "Table Row Color 1", or the highlight won't show up.
