how to change time to 12 hour

is there anyway that i can change the time on my forum to 12 hour time instead of 24 hour? i have looked everywhere, but cant find it.

Just change the date format in "General / Configuration". Eventually, you also have to change it in your "profile / preferences" in order to see an effect.

thank you so much sunny d. i have another question though, how can i change the preferences for all my users easily? instead of making them do it, or going in each profile. see, that was all i needed to do; change the preferences

@LGO: There is no way except to do it one by one in the "admin panel >> Users & Groups >> Search Users >> Click Username". I suggest that you leave that for the users to do it themselves though...
