I wana Use bdmama.com domain... how can i??

Dear valuable members..

I had a forum with forumotion.com the url was - www.bdmama.com
I bought this domain "www.bdmama.com" through forumotion. i spend $34 for 1 yrs registration.

However...
i was nt sure that i cant use pornography.!!! i used some pictures in my forum. & ONLINEGUARDIAN blocked my forum.

I am SO SORRY ABOUT THAT.

But.. i wana back my domain.

how can i get back my domain??? or.... how can i use my domain for other site??

i already decided to host my site with diff hosting company... but i wana transfer my domain..
Please help me...

If your forum was deleted because of TOS violations you cannot restore it. There are no refunds on domain registrations.

Just so you know. Forumotion pay for the domains using their GoDaddy account. Therefore, Forumotion actually own the domain, you just use it.

As Saurus said, there are no refunds.

To own a domain, you have to pay from ranges to $500-$10000
lol.

If your paying $36, your just basically renting a domain name.
Cause domain name aren't cheap, and they are unique.
And you cannot get money back and your forum is gone forever.
Next time, you should read the terms of service before doing anything else.

at godaddy.com .com domains starting at 9.99 a year (far from 500, and really far from 10,000)

And you have to pay yearly.

But if you buy those domain, premium domain, ranging from $500 - $10000.
You get to keep that domain, no monthly fee.
They also give you free advertising on MSN, AOL, Google, Yahoo, etc.
And you can sell it once you don't need it no more.

advertising is alot cheaper than paying what u say for a domain, plus half of them are free.. and the ones that charge arnt nothing. and 10 a year, is cheap and still cheaper than the prices your saying they are. im sorry, but if you see somewhere selling domains for that high in price, than their ripping people off. id go the 9.99 route and advertise for free and even if i had to pay, id pay nothing compared to any of what your giving. Im sorry, but id have to say your wrong, and really wrong. my step dad runs 2 domains, his own and a hotels, and both didnt even cost close to 500 together, actually not even half of that together, and yes their still up and running with 0 fees and have been for 5+ years now. (and ofcourse he didnt go a godaddy.com or whatever else.com route than, and bought the domain names, one .com and one .biz)

Unless your like a huge company, like Macy.com, Gamefaqs.com, Cnet.com
or those type, they want those big website with $$$ lol.

Actually buying domain from UBBThreads costs between $199.00 for one year and $725.00 for life time

Keep arguing about something you know nothing about. ALL domains are issued by ICANN, through accredited registrars. UBBCThreads appears to be nothing more than a private forum group and is NOT an accredited registrar - which means they are doing the same thing Forumotion is and buying blocks of domain names through another registrar. If you are dumb enough to pay that kind of money for something you can get for a few bucks from a genuine registrar - or for FREE from some sources ... be my guest.
