Forum broken Empty Forum broken

I was creating a forum and when it got to where you validate the password I clicked next and a blank page came up and my browser was "Done". I then tried to reload and it took me back to the "Fill in the Form" page and said that my address had already been taken. Of course it was already taken, I just took it. When I try to navigate to my address (tx313.forumotion.com) it just takes me back to the forumotion front page. I can't create a new page with that email because it's linked to that broken forum. I can get to the utilities, but nothing there is of any help. WHAT THE F***?????
