You are getting impatient after... 10 minutes already?!
Ok, here are the rules: Don't bump your thread more than once a day and don't spam with senseless posts. Next time I will just lock your topic instead of warning...
However, if you go to your admin panel >> Misc >> Buy Credits >> PayPal, choose in "step 1" your currency. The list in "step 2" will update and you are now able to see the prices for credits - in your case 19.39$. This is the yearly price.

How old does one have to be?
Re: credits, buying a domain, etc etc.
Okay, Sunny let out some more important rules! So, let's handle that first.
There are already dozens of topics about these questions. If you would simply use the "Search" function here, you would have found them.
Another thing, if you post here a question and await really answers, than you should choose a decent title for your topic. Something like "I have some questions about buying a domain name" would've been better. Yet is this title far better than a lot of other topics. (This was just because this looks a bit like a tutorial, but okay)
So, after I did what Sunny D should've done (you know that I love doing your job^^) I'll answer your questions. I have today my nice day and you two are pretty young, so here we go:
1. Follow Sunny D's explaination and look in the drop down menu what is available. You can always check for free if the site name you wish is still free.
2. got answered, around $20. Since the dollar is doing an up and down dancing I'm sure it changes quite a lot.
3. You pay 1600 credits for one year. If your forum is still active after a year you get a second year for free. So it's more like 1600 credits for two years.
4. The only difference is, that you have a smaller domain name. It makes it easier to people to remember your name and it also looks more professional. Nevertheless is it not so badly needed if you just made a forum for trading Yu-Gi-Oh-cards with your friends.
It seems like you will open a few more topics if I don't give you these link, so better check them out:
General Tutorial about credits and what you can do with them
Trouble-shooting for your domain name and credit problems
The Forumotion FAQ, 99% of your questions are answered HERE!
At last I'd like to ask for one thing. Maybe you have seen it on your own. This forum is not single used by english-native speakers. It's the global help forum. It would be nice if you post in a longer way and let out all the typical american shortcuts, thanks.
