Solved Forum buttons

I'm new so I dont know if this is where I should ask this but does anyone know where i can go to change the forum buttons. Is there a good link in here as I see there are many banner makers etc so i wondered if anyone could make those things.

I mean the ones that change colour. I'm not sure what they are called Embarassed

Display - Simple Mode, then the buttons are under banner
