I just got hacked Luckly I restored everything the way it was before it happened today What do I do so It doesnt happen again?

on my forum

now they changed my email adress and changed my password I have no access to my forum at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

and if you get a report of my site from hacking that was me I need help!
