Allow "signatures", but under strict conditions

Hi all,

I would like it if we would be able to have "userbars" as signatures on this Support Forum.

To avoid the advertising, you can set guidelines that limit the size and content of the image. If any abuse of this occurs, the member is warned once and asked to immediately change it, and if the abuse happens again, the member is not allowed to display a signature and if they do, they are banned.

Very simple to enforce.

I bet the only reason they were diabled is becuase people make them to big.
