my sitemap doesn't work

hey there, im tryin to upload my sitemap file! but google always say they don't support the file.and i can't do and xml file so what should i do?

several times i copied the sitemap.txt into the html box in the forum, but don't work so if there is anybody that knows how to do it hit me up

do i have to change the html box to a text file??
