nav bars needed please

is there anyone that can make some nav bars for me i need 2 of them

but have this on them

There is no need for them to be flashing

Can you try to make the font the same as the one i put in the 1st post ?
and can you make them with the names i added to the 1st post
Names i want please are Arcade and Blogs please other than that its really good
