I somehow banned one of my users

I was talking to one of my users on my forum and he was talking about his 2nd account that he made. I told him that i was going to edit it and to make sure he didnt get back on it i banned that account. Right after i ban his other profile he tells me that he cant get back on the site and i know i didnt ban his profile and when i check the admin panel it says that hes active and not banned. He also sent me a picture of what it said.

I could backup the site to a few hours ago but i did a LOT of work on it that i might not know how to fix again so can someone please tell me how to fix this problem?


Never mind mods can lock this now no help to you guys
