    How can I Notify Inactive user, I cant remember, I did that before but i forget how?
    EDIT: TO ALL members(like newsletter, 1 on week)

    You can go to Handle users in Users and groups to notify.
    the newsletter section in in General. in my version at least (bb3)

    when i send kompletno èlanstvo(all users) nobody get it, not even I, and when i send to inaktivni (inactive) that gets all team, and me
