I'm not too sure if this is in the correct thread Confused

is it possable to change the URL without credits as my friends are sayingt hat they have done it but it appears that they do hav a fair bit of credits. (as in making it like Http://thereal300.forumn.org/ instead of http://thereal300.forumotion.net/)
If it is possable how is it done???
