disable smooth scrolling? Empty disable smooth scrolling?

I don't know why, but it seems that my forum has this smooth scrolling. It is not the type of smooth scrolling i enabled in firefox.

I was wondering maybe it has something to do my my css perhaps?

can somebody help me with this?

I want smooth scrolling disabled. There seems to be some javascript anabling this smooth scrolling.
