How To Make Scrolling Usertitles?

Hello everyone... i'm pretty new to the whole forum idea and I saw some other forums where underneath your title it says for example Admin but, it's in a different color and scrolls. I was wondering how you would set it up to do this. Please post a link or something to let me know!

oh that one, you have to ask a graphic designer to do it for you. Go to the graphic request area and request. Jalokim is a expert in designing them. He can design some for u

admin panel

Users and groups

Rank Administration

click on the Modify

add to the name part and save

Read the tutorial..which i found through a search BTW . you might use that feature too.
