Activation E-mail Problem

I have a problem ..
My new members are not recieving the Activation E-mail ..
lets say 2 out of 10 recieves it ...
i don't wanna have it activated by admin ..
and i'm sure its not going to their spam / junk folder ...

can a technician take a look please to see what's wrong

Yes i am also having this same problem... the 3 registered users that have already applied to my site have had to be activated by me due to being unable to recieve activation e-mail...

Since yesterday i got 39 new registered users ..

only 11 recieved activation e-mail and activated their account ...

I have this problem all the time. I end up manually activating them myself in the end. Rolling Eyes

If you can see the new members in the inactive users, the mail have been sent to the members. But some of the mail provider are blocking mails (aol for example

). Do you know which kind of email your members are using ?

Mostlt Hotmail and Yahoo ... and its not in the junk mail as well ..
Today and yesterday i have 75 users in the inactive list

I get this problem. But see, I run a School Forum, and they sometimes use school email. And it will block any outside email addresses. But, someone has used adelphia, and they used AIM. It didnt go through.

I have the same problem.

And this during with many month ago

thinx to solves this big problem

All types of mails were blocked it's very sad situation.
