can't enter administration

hi everyone

I'm trying to get a new administrator in my forum, think I did all to do so and she appears as such, yet she can't enter administration 'cause of some problems with codes

what I'm to do?

I guess you have yet assigned the rank "admin" only? To give the permissions, you have to add the user to the administrators-group. Go to "Users & Groups >> Search Users" and click on her username. Switch to the permissions tab and set the user level to admin.

I did, she's administrator at all efects, she appears with administrator colour and everithing... yet can't get acces to administration

Use the edit button instead of double posting please.

Well, could you check if she is listed in the admin group (Users & Groups >> Groups management) - the group with the crown icon nearby? If not, please try to add her to that group.

she is in the group of administration, yes

she's actually all done, in fact she could even come in here as an administrator

I don´t know, it doesn´t seam to me like we are doing ani wrong

type your forums URl then /admin You should now see your Admin Panel and all so make sure that you are login

At the bottom of your admins profile, the one in the admin panel is a ranks bar.
Make sure this is set to admin.
