do u have to check the box off every time u want to put a signture or can teh admin make it that it shows every time?

Where are you talking about? Here in this board? Signatures are not allowed here, they are disabled.

On your board? Once you allow signatures they should be there unless someone is changing your settings or you have a new member, you may have to change their settings. And it also depends on how large the signatures are, if they are very large graphics, then they will not appear if they are bigger then the signature panel...

hey there, if your talking about this board, you cant do it
but if you enable it on your forum, then go to profile, then click on one of the buttons that will show a signuture page, you make the signuture, then change the settings on the same page. (i think)

for my forum is there anyway i can make it that its forced it to the posts everytime they post. instead of them chooseing to put it in or not?

In your profile go to prefrences and click always show signature

so theres no way to make it auto go for everyone in my forum?

Not without going through there profiles yourself and doing it they can do it themselves

When people register and I post a welcome, I remind them to go to the preferences tab and tick the option to always show signature. That way they now know how to do it, and if they want it, they are responsible. I don't have time to check every single person off as they join. Maybe you could do similar
