How to get my forum by google search?

1. why can't find my forum by searching (google or yahoo)
ex: xyz.forumotion.
and what should i do for it?

2. What is the best way to give someome special colour id(rank/group)? if rank then how to do?

3. How to do it(see example in picture marked by red colour)
