So that only Admin can access??

Admin panel> General tab> Configuration option> scroll down a little and select Forum on Holiday to restrict everything untill you say other wise

Select Forum under construction to close it for one day only.

Then do as I said, and make sure both are ticked so that the forum is NOT on holiday or Under construction

please be more descriptive in your next posts/topics, because I was not aware you wanted to 'unlock' a forum

Hello,

If you have locked a specific forum that you want unlocked, go to your Administration Panel and click on the General Tab. Click on "Categories and Forums", then click on the button next to the forum you want unlocked. Set the forum status to "Unlocked" and save.
