user level

how to make new user level on my forum
right now only two user level available on my forum : administrator, user
how to make new user level with my own creation??

Hey,

I suppose you mean legend. So you just have to create a new open or closed group and it will appear on the legend!
do NOT forget that the group members have to make ranks so you will have to make the ranks too.

Groups: Users & Group >> Group Administration >> Create new Group >> Save

Ranks: Users & Group >> Ranks >> Create new Rank >> Save

no its diferent
i know how the legend works
when i set permision for a member, there is only two options : 1. user level, 2 administrator level

i want to set another permision for another level, like : moderator,vip member, product supporter and etc

You cant do that. for that option its either user level or Admin level

Though you can edit permissions for each group.
Moderators for example can access the "a" forum , moderate the "A" forum and reply the a forum
a vip can access the "a" forum , cant moderate the "A" forum and can reply the "a" forum.

If this is what you are talking about it should be done in Admin panel >> Configuration >> categories and forums >> "permissions icon"
