If I want to make like "____ New Member" and "____ New Member" stuff like that would I half to set "____ New Member" to a new member that just registered? Will I half to change "____ New Member" to "____ New Member" or can I make it so It will change in ___ moths(or days)?

I am not 100% sure what you mean but you can set the ranks so that it changes with a certain amount of posts

You can only either set a member's rank manually using a special rank, or allow ranks to be automatically set by post count ( as Cherry said ), you can't have rank based on dates.
