Portal News?

I'm new in forumotion, and have a little problem question adout the portal.

Where do i find the place where i post news to the portel?
I don't find it.

Please answer.

Admin Panel -> Modules -> Portal Management -> Structure

There you add the News block which is usually automatically availalbe. Click on to change the forum that should used for the News. As far as I know you can only have one Forum as News Forum.

Mmh, you should take a look into the FAQ and the Tuts (found at the forum listings at the top). There are a lot of tutorials about the portal and also html what is needed for the portal.
