Unable to open Empty Unable to open

Since changing the name of my forum I am unable to open anything from the site as a member although it shows up as an administrator. When signing in members receive the message that the forum has no information. Can someone please advise what I may be doing wrong?? I have waited the 48 hours after renaming my site and did not have this problem before that. Thanks
