page cannot be found - tech. urgent!!!!

one of my members contacted me personaly, she is not able to upload my forum.
last time she was able is 16.09.2008.
till than, she only get message "page cannot be found" she tried on opera, mozilla, IE....
and the same on every o.t.
anybody have any idea how to help her??
every other page on web she upload successfully. this happens after last update, as I can se.

empty the cookies perhaps? repairing the connection works sometimes and all n all try rebooting the pc, that usually works for me if i cant get the others to work

we have done all that. lilypad still cannot access our site. going to be 3 days...how can we work like this?
we have contacted servers , computer geeks, emptied cookies, rebooted, etc...no one can help. what is going on??
we keep posting here asking for help and no one gets back to us.
we need some answers please. we cannot go the whole weekend with no access to our site.

have you tried rebooting the router??

well...its the weekend. and i still cant see anything on any forumotiom sites.i need to access my site asap...is there anyone who can help?
it has been days without any access.
i have left reply after reply and pm after pm and yet the problem is not going away.and no body is getting back to me.
i can access from the library...but...its not close to my home and ....well i shouldnt have to go on. can someone please solve this mess. there are many people who seem to be having the same problem...its not just.

Admins, techs, Placehold... I know and understand now is very messy and hard time but... I really have to solve this somehow. I have to get my members back, make them to be able to upload the page.

have you tried sugesting using a diff web browser? also make sure that any updates for like FireFox for instance are updated. other then that it sounds like you have done everything else i would have tried?

still having trouble been 7 days.

we are really at our wits end.

well they tried to - put page in trusted in internet security options, tried to use Firefox, IE, Opera...
clean system and internet data...
reinstal, reboot...

well i was able to get to if from IE and firefox.
it sounds like either something with windows needs to be updated.
or your browser needs it. try clicking around on other forumotion sites and see if you can view them. also. if there are any emails you or the people have received from the forum.. such as watched topics. then try clicking the link provided in your email.
this has happened to me a long time ago. and i was able to get back through a email link.. then after that everything was fine.

or it's a server problem. and you might have to contact your server to get you out of the woods on this. bin there b/f too.

I am asking help for my member, thank to G I am able to upload my site and it's working fine.
but some members are not able to upload it for 7-8 days now.
they tried to restore system on the last "working day" and its not working now.


I'm really tired.... I just can wait tomorrow when they will try to reinstal windows.... and see if there will be any success.

I've been getting this on and off as well, connectivity issues both on my forums and on here. I have to refresh to get the page to load when that white screan comes on I hope this is fixed soon

my forums havent had the glitch in about an hour, I think its solved...

Try having your members clean out their cookies and temp internet files, since I cleared out mine the connection issue seems to be cleared up

endless, this problem isn't temporarily,
I wrote in posts before... they tried to clean, refresh, restore, re instal...
and it takes a week, at least...
they are able to see, upload, login... to all other pages, but not on my site
