possible to edit log-in screen with templates? Empty possible to edit log-in screen with templates?

is it possible to edit the log-in screen, when u click log-in from the nav bar than it brings you to the log-in screen. i am wanting to edit the link to the register link thats there so it leads to my are you human link instead of straight to the register.
