Subscribe Forum Not working

One of my member said that she have been trying to subscribe the forum's but she getting no emails at all.. what shall we do about it?

ask her to check her spam folder. sometimes they are redirected there.
or if it the case of activation. go the admin panel, users and groups.
on the left hand side click inactive users then activate the member.

that should do it. if it's a case that she is already an active member and not receiving emails for watched topics etc... then simply check her profile settings and check of the appropriate ones then click save.
