I'm not sure if you can actually have diff backgrounds for diff boards.
usually when you select your colors for back ground text hover link etc... it will be the same everywhere on the whole forum.. now i might be wrong? there are a lot of new features and things that i have not yet tried so it may be possible?

if it's not and your really set on having it that way.
you can always Google gold block's/back grounds under images.
then edit in your rules the way you want them using photo-shop or photo bucket.
you can then re-size the pic to the desired size you would like to have it. upload to an image host then post in your thread ware your rules are. if using photobucket then you can just use the image code they provide. but be sure to re-size the gold block first.. it's just easier that way

that's only a suggestion and not as hard as it sounds.
