ok what is your site address you put in the box to get the white page ?? like when you made your forums account it gave you a code in the top bar to link you to your site what is it ?? that is what we are all asking for like my site addess is http://apechat.darkbb.com

Mamma Mia try going to your email and click the activation link that forumotion
sent you upon creation of your forum.. or anything you may have in your email that was sent from your forum will work as well.

it thats dose not work then.. then it might be a server issue????

hmm what is the name of your forums you made ?
this is really hard getting you to just send the link of your forums to us iff we dont have the name of your forums then we can't help you on it
if you made a forums of your own then you should have got a email saying that you need to click the link to open your account we need to know that link
