go to the top button don't work

I have reported this problem months ago, but nobody answered. Let's try again
on my forum go to the top button (little yellow arrow) is not working at all.
others (go to the bottom of the page, next... are working fine)
and there is never showing up who is currently on this forum...
that is always empty no matter if ten of us is in the same way typing in this section.


and as U can se, last column, bolded should be written Možeš
encoding isn't helping. by encoding, one thing is showing ok, another wrong and in the circle like that.
