Solved Main picture gone

Well today is a new day with a new problem
My main picture is just plan gone. really looks stupid. So what is happening now. I know I haven't change anything. So must ba another update. ? whos knows. anyone?
Please some one fix it!!!

matter of fact she is a member of my group. So I know she didn't do anything about it. I have it as a background pic as well and yes it was the egg cup pic.

yea, its working than, try emptying your catch and deleting your cookies, than see if its there.
