how to change scrollbar colors?

is this feature still possible?

I don't think so, but there is a website you can find by searching on google that gives you a code that changes the color of it. It only works in IE, though

Did you save ur work? If not, then it wn't work,

Check your css if you have edited that at all you will have to edit the scrollbar colors through the css.

The scroll bar colors are at the top of the css.
