Can you color a regular member's username?

I have yet to figure this out. I'm wondering if you can give a certain user 's
username with thier choice of color, without having to make a group for them, or making
them a mod.

While i'm on this, i'd also like to know if you can give a mod, admin or smod a specific
color for there username without effecting the whole group and without having to
make them a separte group.

Well when you make a usergroup you will see a white box with a paint can on it click the paint can and pick the color then click save and you will have the color. But if you have it set where the colorized names is No click Yes.
