Halloween banner adjustment Empty Halloween banner adjustment

With Halloween approaching i was wondering if one of the wonderful people on here could do some small adjustments to my banner ready for all Hallows eve.

I Just want it to look scary so thinks like pumpkins witch flying past a moon, spiders webs, just generally Erie and scary.

It doesn't have to have the shine it can be none animated.

First give your forum address and tell details like size , colors etc
