there are people who tried to register but could not join because they are confused. so how can i add the email address of the forum to the registration window or information and make it appear so that if ever they could not register they could reach me at my email??

You could add an extra Line in your rules which gives an e.mail address for any problems.. anybody trying to join will see this...
