Solved Nav Bar creation

Nature of the creation : Nav Bar
Creation size (in pixels) : 70 x 25 px
With or without animation : Red flashing text on "Messages" when new in box
Background color : Transparent BG, Buttons in Black/Light Black ~ whichever shows on skin best!
Picture(s) link(s) : Similiar to this bar here...but black/dark black...whichever you think will show best on forum of mine...
