Cursor problem

Hello! So we have a little problem:
I tried to put another runner and everything went well on IE, but Mozilla does not go that code, that is not visible.

mozilla does that, it has trouble showing custom things. It also wont show custom scrollbars or glowing fonts I have no clue why, maybe there is some sort of an addon or something that could be used so it'll show those things
