URL Question - where is my forum Empty URL Question - where is my forum

I have found my index page variously referred to as :

http://merlin333.bigforumlive.com/index.htm
http://merlin333.bigforumlive.com/forum.htm

and when I try to place a reciprocal link on the index the exchange site cannot confirm its existence. What is the problem?
