Will This Code Work? Empty Will This Code Work?

Post by redfurrymonster84 March 16th 2006, 2:06 am

I want to make a part of my portal where you can make something with different images. Where you drag images across the page and stuff. I found all the codes I need but I don't thing they will work for the forum Crying or Very sad

Will a code such as this work on my forum?

Code:
<script type="text/javascript">
<!--

SET_DHTML("layer1", "dolly"+CLONE, "image1", "image3"+CLONE);

//-->
</script>

Hello

I have put the code in a custom block on my portal. I'm not sure to understand exactly what you said about the purpose of the script, so I let you test on my test forum : http://katt-test.forumotion.com

It's in the last block of the 1st column, just under the log-in form.

I temporarily removed the anti-right-click script from the site description for this current test.

It is a script to move an image around. People put these on sites to make things and just for people to have fun moving images across the screen. You just hold you mouse over the image and you can drag it around the page.

Sorry, I'm nOOb in javascript stuff. I had to ask someone for help.

It seems that you have something to download to make this work : http://www.walterzorn.com/dragdrop/dragdrop_e.htm#download

Then you will have to host the files on a FTP account (generally, your ISP provides you a Web space you can activate to use it).

For the rest, don't ask me how to... I never had any FTP account...-_-'
