Solved Buttons not displaying in posts

Hi

Non of my members can post on my forum. All the new topic ibuttons, reply, and edit, quote buttons can not be seen by the members and can only be seen by admin . I have re loaded new buttons and still members can't post on the forum.

My forum is at stand still, please help.
