Pausing (up/down) scroll with mouse hover

how or what do i need to add to pause the marquee when mouse is hovering over a image or link.

what you want to pause it.. jut run your cursor over it.

what tags are you using? i cant tell by quoting you/ i always just used these.

then if you have something like click able thumbs like this just click on the pic when it scrolls by.. sorry about the Hippie stuff i'm working ON a hippie theme for a friend and that's all i have on hand as far as pic's.. lol

images deleted. since when is there porn adds on imagevenue? dunno but i dont want any image host that leads to porn adds at the top of the page.

but you can do it like i said if you useing images such as clikcable thumbs.
