I need to make some icons, logo, rank icons, sign. Can any1 provide such kind of free software?
It will be good if can make 3D animated icon/logo/rank icon/sign.

always use a google search before you post.

I recommend using Gimp (search it on google) because it gives you most of the capabilities that photoshop supplies.

But if you want someone to make you these GFX please request them in the Graphics Request section.
