PM won't open, Please HELP

I am having troubles since I first opened it and PM won't open since when I click on it it shows blank nothing. It just won't open. All of the buttons to make the PM turned on is on but the PM won't open.

I really need this done fast so all of my members can pm more privately.

Um, I would put this into the "In need of a Technician", as this is a really technical thing more then anything else.
Also make sure that Private Messaging is Enabled, otherwise it could be not there for a reason.

Thanks for telling me where to go. But Private Messaging is already Enabled, as it just need to open up the mail right. I can go there but I can't post there.
