Chatbox Module Issues

Well there has been issues with the chatbox on my forum for awhile now but it reached a high point today when the chabtox is now one big black spot.

Well.. I reloaded the chatbox.
AKA Uninstalled it and waited an hour or so to reinstall and now its back up but a bitch glitched still..

this is nothing new popel are always haveing problems with there chat box.
i dunno it's something that the forumotion techs are aware of. and most of the time it is fixed?

you can also use a diff chat box. it dose not have to be the forumotion one.

here check this out. you can create your own theme and have settings the way you want them even add a radio station and more. i use this in my portal and it works great.

XAT CHAT also stcickam can do wonders for forums. even if your not on live you can leave the room open for members to chat only.

YEs I have one in the portal.. But Myself and my members prefer the one on the bottom of the page.. Something others cant do

yea i still use mine to in the same place.
the only thing i could suggest is shut it down for a day then try it again. if the problem persist then try to contact an admin here.it seems evertime i turn around someone is haveing problems with there chat box.

If I did want to use a different "chat" is there a way I can add it to the bottom of my forum?
