Can't Get Any Polls

I can't seem to be able to post polls. I create a topic, but there is no options for polls. I have been going nuts with the settings and controls. So, like is there a certain setting or something I have to do to be able to get the polls to work.

Please help.

Have you set permissions for polls >members ?
you have to click on advanced in the permission controls to see that option
