Category title position (Auto adjusting)

Hi there

I'd like my category name is automatically adjusted in the center of its place(I.E. between up and bottom)(in the home page).
As you know, In default mode It fit near the top, ok it's so good when you have "sub-level links on index" or "moderators forum on index" but when you check "no", the "display moderators forum" or "sub-level links on index", The appearance of the table won't be balance enough!

I want to fit it like this!
