What is a charater sheet??

I didnt know where to post this but can someone tell me what a charater sheet is? I have never seen it or heard about it before. It would be nice if someone could explain this feature to me.

Yeah sure, but I have a question. When I role the dice does it make my bar go up? Im a bit confused.

Aww this is confusing.. Im doing what the guide saids but the bars never change. When the dice rolls.
