Solved HTML code problem

Post by Sonia_mi October 24th 2008, 1:16 am

yesterday I have got my Adsence account activated.
I tried to put new HTML page on my page, but with no success. It is not showing.
I see it is not a separated problem. Have anybody solved it??
as I can se, HTML code changes its view. I put it in as code written as it is given, and than it changes, it became one line code, and it seams that is problem.
How to solve this??
It works fine on forums welcome message, but not in widgets and portal.
Please help!!

hello,

you need to wait up to 10 minutes before that embed code for adsense working on your html pages. so after you put it on html pages & click the submit button.. you may need to wait until 10 minutes or more before it show up.

it is not about time.
...till now passed 10 hours, not min.

hi,
if you can give a piece of screenshoot showing that one line code it would be great. btw, i think problem is on your adsense script. did you really copy it properly from adsense website?

Solved Re: HTML code problem

Post by Sonia_mi October 28th 2008, 1:55 pm

thank for trying to help.
ok, lets start,
i copy code given from ansence
like this
HTML code problem 210

if I paste it into a html box it looks fine
HTML code problem 310
but this is what I get when I look at the source of the page (view - page source)
the code is in one line, that is not god.
it shoud be shown as it is given
HTML code problem 410

in widget menagement, after sending, it looks
(again in one line, messed)
HTML code problem Untitl10

on my portal nothing happens, it looks like something should be here, but it is not possible to show it up (empty widget place, and wide header, but empty)

there is nothing wrong with that one line script if you view it on page source because its usually become like that.

btw, i think you just copy that javascript and paste it on your widget right? because there is known issue that some javascript are not working if you just copy and paste it on widget or portal block.

so i think you must create new html page first and paste that javascript there.
Admin Panel > Modules > HTML pages management > Create new HTML page
click on submit button and and copy this new HTML page link url.
Modules > HTML pages management > HTML pages
Spoiler:
after that, create new widget block and paste this code there.
Code:
<iframe width="200" height="200" src="LINK OF HTML PAGE URL" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" allowTransparency="0"></iframe>
you can resize that adsense by modifying this value as you desire.
Code:
width="200" height="200"

hope this work for you Smile
